Central Bank reveals: more than 643 thousand people have more than one thousand reais to withdraw from the SVR.

While the vast majority of Brazilians who have some “disregarded” amount in financial institutions have, at most, R$10 to withdraw, 643,105 individuals have more than R$1,000 to withdraw from the Values Receivable System (SVR), whose consultation was reactivated this Tuesday, the 1st.

LEARN HOW TO APPLY

This information comes from a report by the Central Bank. In total, R$6 billion should be ready to be returned to around 40 million individuals and companies.

Most have small amounts lost in bank accounts or accounts with other financial institutions, such as consortiums and financial institutions: 29.2 million people, which is equivalent to 62,55% of the total benefits, have between R$ 0 and R$ 10 to withdraw.

Another 12.1 million (26,05%) should raise amounts between R$ 10.01 and R$ 100, while 4.6 million (10,03%) will receive amounts between R$ 100.01 and R$ 1 thousand.

The most favored portion is small: the 643,105 beneficiaries who will receive higher amounts represent only 1.37% of the total.

How do I proceed with the rescue?

The system will be released for withdrawal of money on March 7. The BC informed that the anticipation of the consultation to the 28th is to prevent overloading millions of people during withdrawals.

The only place where it will be possible to consult and find out how to request the refund of amounts for individuals or legal entities, including deceased individuals, will be the website https://valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br. To access the portal, simply enter the CPF or CNPJ number and the date of birth or start of the company.
